So, about 4 days after morning sickness let up I got a reeaaaaaaly bad cold. I mean really bad. I ended up in the ER once and had to stay in bed for like 5 days. Well, now I'm on antibiotics. I feel better, but I'm still soooo tired and I'm still coughing up green crap.

In the midst of all the sickness, I had my first prenatal appointment :3 Went in, answered questions, had a physical, then we were gonna hear the heartbeat. Cliff said something to the gist of "There's gonna be two heartbeats."
Everyone had been saying it would be twins cause I'm gaining so many inches (but losing weight, go figure) so I had a little bump before I thought I should have. I was scared of twins. o_o
After Cliff said that the doctor put away the doper and pulled over a little portable ultrasound machine. I got to see my baby :3 It was just chillin' there, one hand behind its head There was just one, thank God xD
I didn't cry like I thought I would but I was just like awwwww! I talk to my tummy sometimes now O_o kind of creepy, I know, but also kind of sweet

Since I got knocked up, Cliff and I have been talking about moving. We can't raise a kid in this TEENY little crap hole of a house. Well, we could, but it's less than ideal.
At first we were gonna move in February when we got our taxes back again (we'll get close to 5 grand because of the baby) so we could pay like 4 months of rent up front.
As we thought about that it seemed ... so far off, and I don't want a baby in this house. We started weighing other options, but weren't sure what to do.
Well, stuff worked out! We can get a place in Twin Falls The only catch ... it's with my mom.

My step dad, or whatever he is now, is dying of lymphoma. My mom doesn't know what she'll do without his income when he dies. She asked us if we'd like to move in after he's gone. We all talked about it and decided that we could do it before he dies.
So, we're gonna be out of here and in there by August 5th. It'll help everyone out. Cliff and I will pay at least $300 a month less in bills, so we can put stuff in savings and be able to get a DECENT car; and my mom will have $500 a month more that she can use to pay off her bills.

The best part of all this: I'll be able to go back to school :3
Most of all, though, is this baby is bringing everyone closer together.

The strip shows a range of greys from pure black to pure white. You should be able to see a clear difference between each shade of grey, ranging from pure black (left) and pure white (right).



long the top of the strips are alternate patches of black and dark grey. If it looks solid black to you (look very carefully), your monitor's brightness setting is too low. Increase it until you can -just- perceive the difference between the grey and the black squares.
